Stefan Schlamp received his Ph.D. in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology and his habilitation from ETH Zurich in molecular fluid dynamics. He subsequently worked for 15 years in high-frequency trading of futures and cash equities on lit and dark venues at a number of proprietary trading firms. In 2022 he joined Deutsche Börse where he heads the Quantitative Analytics group.
